Coconana Smoothie

(Serves 1)

Quick and easy breakfast for when you are in a hurry or have for lunch or dinner when you have eaten more than planned throughout the day.

Ingredients:

150ml cold water

100ml coconut water

100g frozen banana

1 handful baby spinach

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.
