½ cup oats
½ - ¾ cup liquid egg whites
¼ - ½ cup milk of your choice
1/3 banana, finely chopped or mashed
¼ tsp cinnamon
Whisk all ingredients together so egg white is well combined in microwave proof bowl (not plastic)!! Cook on high for one minute then whisk mixture so egg white doesn’t set and continue to cook and whisk for another minute in 30 second bursts.
