What is Just Move Just Eat?
Just Move Just Eat is an exciting lifestyle studio situated in the heart of Albany. Since opening in 2015, we have delighted our clients by offering effective fitness training and nutritional advice for individuals and small groups, in a caring and nurturing environment.
We showcase a well-balanced variety of group classes, ranging from high intensity interval training to lower intensity stretching classes. We believe that optimal fitness and well-being doesn’t mean smashing yourself at every session, rather working effectively and efficiently with optimal recovery sessions.
For a more personalised service, we offer semi-private training where you train with 2-4 other women with similar goals. One-on-One personal training is the ultimate in personalised attention, where it’s just you and your trainer dedicated 100% to your goals.
If you are confused about what to eat and food in general the studio also boasts a Clinical Nutritionist who takes a realistic non-diet approach towards nutrition. The team at "Just Move Just Eat" are committed to achieving your goals through balanced nutrition and a sensible fitness plan.
