2 cups Traditional oats
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
Toppings: pepitas, walnuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, fruit, 1 tbs protein powder
Place oats, milk, water and salt in saucepan and bring to the boil, once boiled reduce to a simmer and cook for a further 5-8 minutes, stirring regularly. Leave to thicken for 5 minutes before serving. Top with desired toppings, adding protein powder for extra protein.
